Over 25 years in the relocation industry has given me a special understanding of the needs of H.R & International Mobility Professionals and all the elements involved in the very complex relocation industry service provider cycle.

At Roomservice by Cort

  • Substantially increased the company’s exposure to new business opportunities.
  • Added valuable additional revenue and margin to their bottom line.
  • Grew and maintained existing & new clients by working sensitively and agreeably within a diverse set of industry sectors (Relocation Management Companies, Destination Service Providers, Corporate clients, and individuals in the private sector).

At The Furniture Rental Company

  • Re-branded The Furniture Rental Company’s image & gave TFRC a ‘new lease of life’.
  • Re-launched TFRC into the corporate relocation market and increased T/O by 22% in first year.
  • Negotiated a large contract with a large multi-national (this increased T/O by approx 10% – 12.5% p.a.).
  • Was recognised by clients & industry peers for ‘commitment & outstanding customer service
  • Won ‘The Relocation Personality of the Year Award’ in May 2010 Industry Awards
